Why does your trading company also have its own factory?

Huaxing International, which was established as a trading company in Hong Kong, allows us to better conduct international trade with various regions and countries around the world, and simultaneously enhance the company's international image;

For technology companies or manufacturing enterprises in China, this allows them to better trade with countries and regions that have signed tariff agreements with China, or provide certificates of origin to reduce unnecessary tariffs and facilitate the provision of products and services.

Can you provide a certificate of origin for Chinese products?

Yes! By signing a contract with our company in China for production and shipment, we can provide certificates of origin for our Chinese products to countries and regions that have signed tariff agreements with China.

However, if your country or region has not signed a relevant tariff agreement with China, even if we provide you with a certificate of origin for Chinese products, you will not be able to obtain preferential tariff treatment. In this case, we recommend signing a contract with our trading company in Hong Kong to obtain relatively lower import tariffs.

Why don't we serve individual homeowners? We do not provide products and services to individuals.

Our company currently only serves corporate or business clients. We do not provide products and services to individual customers at this time. This is because individuals do not have a team, lack on-site construction and installation expertise, and do not have the capabilities for on-site delivery. They also do not meet the requirements for a long-term partnership with our company, nor do they possess the resources and capabilities for international trade. Therefore, we ask for your understanding.

When we source products, will the factory ship them by sea, air, road, or rail?

Depending on your country and region, we will recommend a transportation plan for your goods to minimize logistics costs.

If you have a freight forwarding company, warehouse, or logistics company that you work with in China, we will transport the goods to your designated location according to your requirements.

Alternatively, we can provide you with the contact information of our partner freight forwarding and logistics companies, allowing you to compare their prices and services before arranging the transportation of your goods according to your preferences.

Does the factory support cash on delivery?

No! Our company currently requires full payment before the goods leave the factory.

The FOB price includes various costs within China, such as transportation fees, warehousing fees, customs declaration fees, packing fees, customs clearance fees, commodity inspection fees, port handling fees, etc. We will forward these costs to you based on the actual expenses, and you will need to pay these actual costs to the relevant departments or third parties.

Alternatively, we can deliver the goods to your designated warehouse as per your request. You will then pay the transportation company the actual transportation costs within China.

What payment methods does the factory support?

Company-to-company (telegraphic transfer), Individual-to-company (telegraphic transfer), Individual-to-individual (telegraphic transfer); Alipay, WISE, Check, WeChat Pay. Letter of Credit and PayPal are not currently supported.

What services can we receive by establishing a partnership with the factory?

Our company provides all corporate and business clients with services including CAD drawing, renderings, sample support, technical guidance and training, online teaching, physical store marketing planning, comprehensive measurement, drawing, production, transportation and installation services, product matching, visa application assistance, and social media agency operations.

What are the after-sales service policies of the factory?

Free wooden frame reinforcement, bubble and sponge filling, paper shell corner protection, pallet reinforcement and other methods are provided for the products before shipment from the factory; If the goods are damaged during transportation, the transportation company shall bear the corresponding losses;

If any quality issues are found when the goods are unpacked (be sure to take photos or videos), and we verify it, our factory will bear all the responsibility; If any missing accessories are found during the installation process (you can purchase them locally, and the cost will be borne by the factory; for accessories that are not available locally, the factory will arrange for express delivery, and the cost will be borne by the factory), after verification by the factory.

Due to product quality issues, free replacement within 2 years and 5-year quality assurance.

Can I apply to become a brand agent for Huaxing International in our country or region?

I am very happy to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with you! Our company has various ways of cooperation, such as:

a、 Establish a business unit or company with us to develop wholesalers, agents, and retailers for the entire furniture market in your country or region.

b、 Becoming an agent for a country or region, a specific (restricted) region, a single city or several cities;

c、 Open our company's flagship brand store and brand specialty store;

d、 Become our wholesaler, retailer, and partner.

There are significant differences in the cooperation methods, supported policies, and services enjoyed, which require multiple communications and face-to-face meetings between both parties.

Can I come to the factory for inspection before deciding whether to cooperate?
